Bring Your Game Face
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto (BBBST) is a not-for-profit organization near and dear to our hearts, so we were honoured to be chosen as the branding and design partner for their annual fundraiser – Paddle Royale. Along with an Applied Arts Award for Best Pro Bono Design our branding has helped the event raise over $200,000 for match programs across the GTA. Here's how we did it.

We started with a discovery process that quickly revealed that unlike other charitable events organized by young professionals, Paddle Royale had an opportunity to take more risks and position itself as a bolder, more playful fundraiser.

The event was aimed at the 18 to 35 demographic so the chosen concept, a Mexican luchador, focused on the event’s youthful and competitive energy. Along with a logo, we designed a detailed style guide, custom paddles and t-shirts that highlighted the event’s tagline – Bring Your Game Face.
